Release Notes - 17 August 2010 - Version 0.7

This release is a direct port of the Seadragon™ library from the Microsoft® AJAX Control Toolkit (New BSD License). The mouseWheel functionality found at Seadragon.com was not present in the AJAX Control Toolkit, and as such is not yet present in OpenSeadragon.
